Parents’ Evenings and School Cloud
At Stokesley School, we value strong partnerships between home and school. Our Parents’ Evenings are an important opportunity for parents and carers to meet with subject teachers, discuss progress, and work together to support each student’s learning journey.
To make this process as smooth and accessible as possible, we use School Cloud, an easy-to-use online booking and video appointment system.
What is School Cloud?
School Cloud is a secure, web-based platform that allows parents and carers to:
- Book appointments with teachers at times that suit them
- Attend virtual meetings from home via video call
- View and manage bookings from any device
- Receive reminders and updates about upcoming events
How It Works
- Booking – Prior to each Parents’ Evening, you’ll receive an invitation with a link to the School Cloud system. Simply log in using your child’s details and select your preferred appointment times.
- Confirmation – You’ll receive a confirmation email with your schedule.
- On the Day – Log in at your scheduled time and join your video appointments directly through the platform. No downloads or special software required.
