ParentPay at Stokesley School

At Stokesley School, we use ParentPay as our secure, convenient online payment system for parents and carers. ParentPay allows you to make payments quickly and easily for a range of school-related items, including:

  • School meals
  • Educational visits and trips
  • Revision guides and resources
  • Music tuition
  • Uniform and other school-related purchases

Why We Use ParentPay

Using ParentPay helps us reduce the need for students to carry cash into school and ensures that all payments are safe, traceable, and efficient. It also allows parents to view their payment history and receive reminders about upcoming payments.

Getting Started

All new parents and carers will receive an activation letter with a unique username and password. Once your account is activated, you can:

  • Top up your child’s dinner money account
  • Pay for trips and activities
  • View payment history and balances
  • Set up alerts and automatic payments
